About	:	Prof. Bugga worked as an assistant Town planner in Rajasthan in his initial years and later shifted to Noida as Town Planner in 1976. He worked on the initial planning of Noida for several years. He had been part of Ministry of Health and overlooked construction of several hospital buildings in his tenure in DGHS. Prof. Bugga served as a Chief Town Planner in MCD from 1992 till 2011. With varied experience in hand, he has conducted many seminars and represented Delhi in “Sanction of Building plans Conference” in Rome. He has been associated with MBS SPA since August 2016 and contributed significantly in the academic development of the students and the overall development of the School.
