On the invitation of The President Of Republic Of Seychelles Mr. Danny Faure, a delegation led by Mr. V.P Tandon (Vice President Action Committee Unaided Private Schools Delhi), Mr. Gulshan Kumar Magon (Chairman MBS Group), Mr. Deepak Singh (President Indo Seychelles Friendship and Education Trust), Mr. Tanuj Khurana(Advocate & General Secretary Indo Seychelles Friendship & Education Trust), Mr. Uday Pandey (Renowed Architect), Mr. Bittu Satyam (Head Punjab Chapter of Indo Seychelles Friendship & Education Trust), & Mr. Rattan Pal SIngh ( Industralist and Organic Farming) visited and met the Hon’ble President. During the visit the Hon’ble President has invited investments from India in the education sector in setting up International Schools and Colleges of Higher Education. He also invited students from India on an exchange Programe. The Hon’ble President also sought investments from India in the sectors of Agriculture, Trade & Commerce, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy and Blue Economy.

Our chairman discussed the scope of higher education with the President. The visit is a part of regular high level exchange between the two countries. The President reiterated and stressed on collaborative exchange program to strengthen ties between the students of two nations.

    The National Conference on “ Urban Dimensions: Challenges & Prospects” is a forum for the presentation of new ideas, case studies and research results in the fields of Architecture, Planning, Conservation, Art & Culture, Urban Design, Landscape, Energy, Environmental Engineering and Management. The conference aims at gaining an insight into various aspects of the urban environment, the existing challenges posed by an unprecedented rate of urbanization and to identify interventions to mitigate the adverse effects with the active participation of various stakeholders.

    The conference is an attempt to seek convergence of ideas on urban sustainability and its various dimensions, explore models of urban development and gain knowledge of appropriate tools and techniques for effective planning, governance and management of cities.
